Description du Comité exécutif

The Executive Committee is the responsible for carrying out the activities entrusted to it by the FIPA Plenary Meeting. The Executive Committee is composed of the Chair of the FIPA, two representatives from each of the subregions and one representative of the country hosting the next plenary meeting.

The meetings of the Executive Committee are presided over by the Chair of the FIPA. The Chair is elected by the Plenary Meeting to represent the FIPA and to serve as Chair of the Executive Committee for a two years term.

The Executive Committee meets at least once a year to coordinate, in conjunction with the host country and the Technical Secretariat, the arrangements for the Plenary Meeting and to decide over the different administrative issues related with the functioning of the Forum.
